  3. Get Ongoing Support.For advice and immediate help, call Interact of Wake County at their24-Hour Crisis Lines.

Staff and volunteers trained concerning domestic violence, sexual assault, and incest are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week via two phone lines. Counselors offer crisis counseling, information, assistance with shelter, emotional support, and referrals to other agencies as needed. Interact offers 24 hour crisis lines, counseling, court advocacy, residential shelter, hospital response/SAFE center, children services, refugee.

After you are safe and secure and have taken the steps necessary to ensure your welfare, contact Pregnancy Life Care Center.Our offices are open to aid you in the areas of possible pregnancy. We provide pregnancy tests, trained peer counseling, community resource referrals, and limited ultrasound imaging. All our services are free and confidential.We want to support you in any way we can.
